Long wait at McDrive.
As always, you have to be lucky if the food is at least lukewarm, if you complain about it, you will be treated rudely in this branch there is a lot of room for improvement at all levels
the lady at the microphone should respect the customers by giving time to decide what they want and should not speak upstairs
Ordered a Big Tasty from MC Drive and there was an old hamburger in the Tasty box ..... not good .... The waitress couldn't tell me the exact total amount with the statement: I don't know exactly

I was thrilled the staff was very accommodating, very friendly, all hygiene regulations were observed. My menu was a whopping 20 seconds. finished. Since I don't live in Weilburg, but when I'm back in the corner, the shop is mine again.
It was definitely an experience. I felt like I waited forever in the McDrive. Why? In front of me was a man with a Stuttgart license plate and a company car and freaked out completely that his cell phone coupon didn't work. He then wanted to speak to the manager - but since the manager was already serving himself, he began to complain to McDonalds Germany ... and what I found even better: that he couldn't imagine the lady running the shop . Since he was screaming so much, I could easily understand the car behind it. Really embarrassing the enrage. In the meantime I thought about giving him the 2 euros that it was about ... I looked at everything and was served very nicely afterwards. Why? Because I acted like a human. My coupon didn't work either, but I got my burger for the € 1.99 promised by the coupon. Because I just didn't cry around. I see the McDonalds employees as equal people and am accordingly nice and friendly. By the way, I had a really fantastic, fresh meal that was way better than average. Therefore 5 stars. The branch can't help it if other customers act like choleric clowns and I have to wait because of them ...
Even one star is too much. Half of the order was forgotten and then some of the remaining products are also wrong!
This is the lousiest mcdonalds I've ever eaten in! The service is so unfriendly and I have the feeling that they are preparing the food unclean. Comments are rejected aggressively and threateningly. Simple orders are usually lukewarm or cold. Waiting times are usually much longer than usual in spite of the fact that there is little activity (on the face of it). I personally felt very uncomfortable even after visiting several times! In addition, my orders were sometimes incorrectly prepared and not given out completely. I would like to note that every business can improve but before I eat at this place again (which will probably never happen again!) I prefer to take another trip to visit good fast food restaurants. How to know it in a friendly, reliable and fast way =)
It's perfectly alright It always depends on who works. Since you can tell immediately that the food is cold, which is unfortunately a shame. But when the right people are around it tastes really great
Unfriendly people and only half are packed (is there a system behind this?) You always have to control everything. If you order more than two things via the app, it becomes difficult. one of my orders had been forgotten but the lady at the counter didn't want to correct it. I really cannot recommend this McDonald's.
Very clean, corona rules are implemented well
If older people come and don't know how to order from the machine, they don't help but look in the other direction. Mind you there was nothing to be done there

Sorry That is not how it works. Hygiene concept? Implementation ? Friendliness? Understandability? In today's Corona time, the question also arises here: Drive in or in and take away. The food. We decided to eat. Go in. To order. Take. Operating your own order terminal with the ("Diesel"?) Glove in order not to be able to throw it in the garbage can because of its "thinness" but to have to put it in the garbage can is not only a challenge, it is takes the hygiene concept ad absurdum here. But I like to use the glove. Because I don't want to get infected either. Notice / sticker on the order terminal: Payment only at the checkout. Not with EC-CARD. Strange. But okay. At the checkout you must FIRST pay, otherwise the processing of the order will not start. At least that's how I felt. Because our number did not appear on the order display. Queue. At a Corona distance. Difficult due to the local conditions, in other words: tight. It always felt like some employee was bustling around me during the payment process and the subsequent waiting process. 1 meter 50 is simply not possible. But what was that ?: I wasn't allowed to pay. I should first "register" with my contact details. But I wanted to take the food with me. And don't stay there. The employee: "I have my instructions." I went to the table with the blank contact data sheets. A pen to fill out. The advice that you should register if you want to eat inside or outside. NO NOTE THAT YOU MUST ALSO REGISTER, when you want to pick up the food. I showed this to the man at the checkout. He said: “I have my instructions.”, And the shift supervisor came to me and said: “We have had too many guests who did not register and still sat down. With the number of guests, we do not have an overview . " When I pointed out that there was no sign anywhere (outside the door or on the contact data sheet) that all guests had to register, he replied: "When you enter my McDonalds, you accept our terms and conditions, and this is the case in the entire district." I could neither disagree nor agree with this, since my last McDonalds visits were NOT in the LM-WEL district. So I filled out the contact data sheet. With a queasy feeling. Just a pen there. A box with cloths served as a disinfectant. The completed slip was passed on to the employee via the "privacy screen" on the counter, who placed it in a box without reading / checking it. Now I could pay. I did not understand why the couple in front of me did NOT have to register. The shift supervisor explained to me that they didn't know, or something like that. I didn't understand it (acoustically). We both wore masks. At least that. Otherwise, I find the hygiene concept and handling: Overworkable.
Unfortunately a bit unfriendly. The service was a bit stressed.
It was just bad. The tables were not cleaned, let alone disinfected after the previous one, the air in the restaurant would have deserved a decent portion of oxygen, ordering via the terminal was miserable user guidance, the fries were unsalted, cold and sloppy, the cheeseburgers looked like they had simply been slapped ( make a double out of 2 cheeseburgers and keep them warm for hours. The attempt to use environmentally friendly straws fails miserably - the sensory perception while drinking gives me goose bumps. Enjoyment while drinking does not arise. The shuffling of the staff when moving got on your nerves. The staff should be taught that masks pulled under their noses are of no use. My conclusion: It was simply the BADEST thing I have eaten lately.
It's very sad what has become of this branch ... you'd better drive 15 km to Burger King ?

So I am more or less disappointed. Breakfast is not there. Then with the menus they wanted to forget the currently free glasses. If I order french fries I also want fries and not half a pack of Curly Fries. The toilets are not out. For the ladies they are not able to fill up the soap then the pack is simply put down. Employees are not in the mood. On a previous visit I was asked what was wrong with my order, I said everything, it was not meant to be. But I had not gotten it yet.

The drive-through of this restaurant can be very hit or miss So check your packages! the employees seem to be quite diverse some of them smarter than others. I don't want to mention anyone bad however I do want to shine a light on the one tall girl with light brown hair that never came across as unfriendly and always delivered stuff on time. When it comes to food the only negative thing I can mention is the fact that it takes quite long for certain items to be prepared which puts a strain on the term fast food. Parking and play area for the children are usually clean enough however the toilets do leave something to desired at least scrub away phone numbers so that no unsuspecting bullying victim gets stranger calls.

The most annoying Mc Donalds I have ever visited, every time there is something wrong with the order ( wrong burger, wrong drink, wrong beilage ) and always a waiting time of about 10 minutes. Every time the same thing , even when the place is empty. On my last visit my burger came without MEAT!!!!! Just bread and vegetables. Then I decided to write this review. With the "automat" nothing has changed.
Excellent! Have a wooden board instead of a plastic tray ??. Great, I liked it very much.
